Delivery

In-stock items ship same or next day within Kuwait. Delivery time depends on the stock status shown on each product page — items marked In stock are ready to ship right away; items marked Coming soon or Out of stock will take longer, since we're waiting on a new shipment before they can go out.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Kuwait time) are delivered the same day for in-stock items. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be delivered the next business day. Same-day delivery is not available on public and national holidays.

Exchange & warranty policy

• You have 7 days from delivery to report an issue.
• Covered: wrong item shipped, item damaged in transit, genuine defect on arrival — free exchange or refund, we cover return shipping.
• Not covered: change of mind, installed/used items.
• Excluded from exchange entirely: electrical parts and safety-critical parts (helmets, brake lines) — final sale.
